Job Description

CommonShare is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of B2B marketplace operations and compliance requirements, with a demonstrated history in a sales operations role. This role requires an individual with superb English reading and writing skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities :

  • Streamline sales operations and optimize efficiency to improve overall productivity.
  • Oversee all sales operations, including the sales process, CRM management, data management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to provide actionable insights that influence sales strategies and tactics.
  • Build and deliver comprehensive reports for management, aiding strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of marketplace trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams like Marketing, Data, Product, and Finance to optimize sales performance.
  • Implement and enforce compliance requirements throughout the sales process.
  • Design and implement training programs for the sales team to understand new tools and processes.
  • Manage sales operations tools, including selection, implementation, and optimization of software solutions.
  • Drive improvements to the sales tech stack to improve the sales team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably within a startup environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both in writing and reading, is essential.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data visualization platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, etc.).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and experience with scripting languages (Python, etc.) is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketplace dynamics and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and use data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional report-building skills to aid management decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
