Job Description
As the Chef de plateau, you will hold a critical leadership position within our organization, acting as the Director for our entire operation in Tangier. Your overarching responsibility will be to lead and oversee all aspects of our business in the region, driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This pivotal role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic vision, and the ability to foster a thriving and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities :
1. Leadership and Vision : Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the entire operation, aligning it with the company's overall mission, goals, and values. Inspire and motivate the team to achieve exceptional performance and exceed targets.
2. Operational Management : Oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of all departments, ensuring efficient processes, resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards.
3. Continuous Improvement : Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency across all functions to drive overall operational excellence.
4. Reporting and Communication : Provide regular updates to the executive team and headquarters, sharing insights, achievements, challenges, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Requirements :
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria :
1. Fluent in English : Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, as everything would be in English
2. Academic Background : You possess an academic background, which demonstrates your commitment to learning and acquiring knowledge.
3. Location in Tangier : You should be living and working in Tangier, Morocco, or open to moving here, as this is where the role is based.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills : to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
5. Proven executive-level leadership experience : ideally as a CEO, Site Director, or in a similar capacity, with a successful track record of driving business growth and profitability. Also at least 4-6 years of experience in telemarketing.
