Insight Manager is responsible for setting and driving the customer strategy across the business and delivering regular insight enabling a better understanding of our customers and their motivations.
You will be passionate about understanding customers and ensuring their needs are put at the centre of the decisions we make. You will play a key role in driving a deep understanding of our target market segments and helping shape the brand.
Responsibilities :
- Analysing data and translating it into actionable insights
- Developing and implementing consumer insights
- Identifying additional secondary research sources
- Working cross functionally to embed insights into plans
- Translate business problems into actionable research designs and methods.
- Implement bespoke qualitative and quantitative research projects in response to requests from internal stakeholders to drive and support business decisions.
- Use research to inform proposition development and to help inform the business on what our customers want us to do.
- Confident and experienced presenter at all levels.
Skills :
