JOB DESCRIPTION :

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will directly impact how our business moves toward this goal and succeeds by helping prospects and clients grow their businesses.
In your Sales journey at N+ONE you will have the opportunity :
- To work with the most important organizations in the region to help them with their end-to-end business transformation needs.
- To open doors to all of our target clients to make them discover our amazing capabilities to transform their IT and meet their business Vision.
- To work in partnership with our internal technical teams to identify client issues, expectations and requirements and balance them against budget, time and delivery constraints
- To work with international partners to develop initiatives, increase new deal flow and ways to position the comprehensive N+ONE portfolio
- To build predictable sales pipeline and close new sales opportunities
- To manage the entire sales process to close deals and achieve yearly sales targets.
- To gain a deep market and industry insights while identifying potential customers
- To work with Internal presales, and tech teams for developing key messaging, content and communication for events in line with events objectives,
- To maintain up-to-date knowledge on market and maintain a thorough understanding of N+ONE solutions offerings
- To monitor performance and to suggest improvements based on feedback.
- To develop and execute regional Events & Tradeshow calendar including Webinars, industry events, Promote webinars and partners events. Qualifications
- Proven new business sales experience and deals closing skills, gained within B2B, IT Managed Services, Infrastructure or Telecommunication.
- Ability to develop and maintain a clear understanding of your prospects business needs and how N+ONE’s solutions can enable current and future requirements
- Resilient and adaptable, you take pride in your ability to manage a wide range of challenges while always delivering a WOW effect
- You thrive when you don’t have all the answers, you work tirelessly and autonomously in order to turn customer ideas into reality
- You can see the bigger picture, but you know it's the fine details that really matter
- Fluent command of French and English.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills,
- 7 to 10 years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Marketing, or Lead Generation roles.
