Thermal Business Development Manager
Job Responsibilities -
1. Conduct market insight research and analyze Morocco and Egypt thermal market capacity, requirement, competitor’s market share, etc.
2. Concentrate on developing thermal product sales channel and develop new partners who has strong influence in the industry
3. Penetrate key verticals requiring thermal products, such as public sector, oil and gas, electricity and other facilities, etc.
4. Drive the sales of thermal products including PTZ dome, stable PTZ, binocular, monocular, etc. and be responsible for sales revenue
5. Develop annual business plan and execute, via monthly and quarterly review.
6. Work closely with colleagues in the regional sales team.
Job Requirements -
1. More than Three years’ experience in thermal industry (strong vertical background required), as sales, business development manager, or account manager.
2. Strong skills to develop new partners and establish partner relationship.
3. Self-motivated to drive revenue growth, willing to take challenges.
4. Strong presentation skills.
5. Must be prepared for travel 30-50% of the time.
6. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives.
7. Strong connection with public sector is required, and those with previous mega thermal project experience are preferred
