DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for  Senior CDZ in  Morocco . In this specific position you have to Ensures that the clearance operation runs smoothly i.e. that the shipments are Pre-cleared or post cleared in a timely manner and complies with the regulatory and customer requirements through the preparation of appropriate freight documentation and relevant customs clearance authorities.

In this Senior CDZ position

• You will be responsible of all the reporting to client on daily basis.
• You will have to visit customer to maintain relation & develop business.
• You will have to help department whenever requested or needed.
• You will have to report to CDZ manager about any eventual problem issues.
• You will be in contact with shipping lines and airlines in case there is a documentation problem.
• You will have to escalate to Manager at each origin when problem occurs.
• You will have to cooperate with account dept. to follow up collection.
• You will assist in accomplishing service at the required level for customer's satisfaction.
• You will coordinate with Sales department in SOPs and in cooperation with TLM, cordinate with Sales to conduct visits to customers.
• For the admin support, you will have to carry out the administrative and operational process, handle all routed and non-routed shipments, receive Pre-alerts from origin station or from customer, acquire inbound docs from A / P office.
• You will also have to contact and provide customer with docs to prepare clearing docs, follow-up clearance procedures, send daily status reports of shipments for regular & multinational accounts while controlling file profitability.
• You will have to send Pre-alerts and prepare operation follow-up, prepare reports to manager and escalate in case of any problem.
• Concerning the quality improvements matters, you will have to comply with company Quality Environment and Safety process while following Order Acceptance procedures in all operational work.
