We are Hiring a Senior Data engineer as part of imedia24 GmbH Crosse Functional International team and carry on the implementation of Innovative Solutions & Features for one of the Largest & highly used for e-commerce Platforms in Germany.

Imedia24 GmbH, a German based company in Munich; specialized in providing digitalised solutions, IT Consulting and services to organisations & businesses to help them monitor and optimize Products; Operations and transactions using the latest technologies.

Job Role :

  • Participate in the different phases of the project, design and specification of a need, production and testing of components, delivery and patches.
  • Collaborate with the various stakeholders of our projects by applying the principles of agile methodologies.
  • As a Data Engineer Snowflake, you build and model data models with Snowflake.
  • Set up Data products around the Snowflake ecosystem, making the most of this platform :
  • Modelling and definition of optimized architecture in a Snowflake context,
  • Design and implementation of data ingestion,
  • Optimized Snowflake performance and usage costs.
  • Connect internal and external data sources and integrate them into the ETL process.
  • They orchestrate the data pipelines and ensure their proper operation.
  • Testing is also part of your job. This ensures high data quality and data availability for all stakeholders.
  • The data must be available in the self-service tools and through APIs for internal services.

Job Requirements :

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a data engineer
  • Good knowledge of English (German is desirable)
  • Solid Proficiency using python with Functional & object oriented coding Knowledge
  • Solid Experience in Project organization / scaffolding
  • Experience in Code versioning (GIT)
  • In-depth expertise of major Public Clouds (AWS, GCP…),
  • Basic CI / CD or Software Development Principles (pull request…)
  • experience with ELT / ETL processes
  • Knowledge of Data ecosystems SQL
  • Knowledge Data Warehousing, Data Pipelines....
  • Knowledge of container architectures,
  • Experience in using Snowflake solutions,
  • Knowledge of Agile & DevOps approaches is appreciated.
  • Experience in PyDash (or any other React Framework)

  • Location : Casablanca - Settat Region / Rabat Region / Remote.
