Please note this is a fixed term contract, the main location for this role will be in AlUla, however some travelling between Khaybar and Tayma will be required too. Identifies suitable academic entities (local, regional and international) to sign partnership agreements with them.Maintains and deepens relationships with existing academic partners.Negotiates new academic partner agreements / contracts to satisfy contractual requirements, contractual variations, renegotiating terms with existing partners where necessary so all agreements meet our delivery requirements.Monitors changes in the local L&D market, drawing on intelligence from partners to create plans that meet changing local and regional L&D circumstances and effectively deliver our services.Supply the curriculum team with the content they need from the academic partners.Identifies suitable freelance speakers and trainers and sign agreements with them.Build a network and database of local, regional and international freelance speakers and trainers.Develops monitoring systems and key performance indicators to be able to monitor performance and measure ROI from partnerships.Coordinate the accreditation process for Maximus Academy and its programs locally, regionally and internationally.Sign partnership deals with B2B and B2G entities to benefit from Maximus Academy services.Prepare proposals for governmental RFPs.Provides necessary support and guidance to all partners, including regulatory inspections, to improve their overall performance and delivery of services.Ensure compliance with our company policies so all teams operate in a way that protects customers and our people at all times.Raises any risk or compliance related issues are raised when appropriate to the safeguarding team or human resources.Performs assigned duties as per the responsibility matrix during critical or emergency situations.As a management team member, provides emergency on-call cover on a roster basis, which includes evening cover.Acts at all times within the company policies and procedures.Works to the highest quality standards.Complies with the Maximus security and privacy policies to ensure customer data, confidential data and personal information is always dealt with in a confidential and secure way, and our obligations around this are maintained.Carries out all duties in a safe and proper manner in accordance with the company’s Health and Safety and Safeguarding Policies.Deals with any other tasks, as and when required, appropriate to the position and situation.Is able and willing to travel distances as required for the completion of their duties.SkillsKnowledgeBachelors’ degree in education, business management or related field.Knowledge related to L&D market locally, regionally and internationallySkillsExcellent relationship building skills.Commercial awareness and comfortable reviewing commercial agreements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization.Excellent organizational time management skillsReliable with a high level of integrity and a strong ethical approachDisplays compassion.ExperienceMinimum 5 years’ experience academic partnerships fieldExperience of management and development of a partner supply chain networkExperience of partnership / contract managementExperience working within public sector and government contracting.Strong stakeholder relations experience with an ability to manage external relationships.Experience of working on government funded programs is desirable.
