Job description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Assistant to support our Finance and Administration team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge of finance and administrative tasks and a basic proficiency in English. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our financial and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provider invoice verification and processing, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Client invoice control and issuance.
  • Control of request received from client and providers.
  • Prepayments loading, control and reconciliation.
  • Client and provider reconciliation.
  • Communication with Clients and providers.
  • Create, monitor, and overheads and accruals journal entries.
  • Support the Finance Manager in budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of documents, reports, correspondence, financial statements.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc financial and administrative reports as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide necessary support, including coordinating office supplies and inventory management.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong accounting and administrative knowledge
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Office tools proficiency (Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Studies in finance area or similar
  • Experience using Navision would be a plus
  • Good communication skills.
