Accountabilities

• Provide organization change management consulting, quality control, business process engineering, and other business analysis / management consulting and advisory services.
• Optimize HR processes within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Facilitate implementation of processes, workflows, and capabilities.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and manage End User Training planning.
• Engage in stakeholder management and facilitate requirements gathering.
• Support the client in achieving their operational goals through effective consulting.
