Currently, Teltonika Morocco is looking for an ambitious and committed Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Casablanca office to focus on building high performing teams.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :
Work with existing and develop new Talent Acquisition channels & strategies, to find and match best talents with our open positions Moroccoand other African continent countiesManage full cycle recruitment process : CV sourcing & headhunting, phone screening, conducting interviews together with the Hiring ManagersImplement top-notch Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment processFocus on proactively generating new Talent poolsConsult hiring managers on recruitment related topics, conduct trainings for new Hiring ManagersPrepare and deliver constant updates and insights to the HQ Office in terms of hiring progress, achievements and challenges in delivering Hiring PlanSuggest improvements for the existing and implement new practices including but not limited to recruitment process optimization, employer branding, company benefitsContribute on shaping the best culture and internal communication practices in the officeWE BELIEVE THAT YOU :
Have 3+ years of recruitment and headhunting experience with proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and able to source and identify high-caliber talent in competitive job marketsDemonstrate willingness to step outside of comfort zone and develop new methods and approaches in the spirit of experimentation and innovation and create talent pipelinesHave experience headhunting for sales, business development positions, as this will be the main focus area (it’s a big plus)Have excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher level)Are a good negotiator and have good critical thinkingHave solid knowledge of the job market, talent acquisition, and headhunting channelsAre self-motivated, proactive personality, willing to work and achieve goals in a global teamOUR OFFER :
