Why Patients Need You Our manufacturing logistics and supply team makes sure that customers and patients have the medicines they need, when they need them. You will help bring medicines to the world even faster by embracing challenges, imagining what’s possible and taking action. What You Will Achieve Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in planning and managing inventory of finished goods to meet the sales and distribution demand. Whether you are analyzing inventory levels, maintaining inventory systems or inventory positioning for production and sales forecasts, your contribution will be valued by the team. Your coordination skills will come in handy while managing production planning or warehouse personnel to ensure appropriate routing, scheduling and storing of goods.As a Manager, you provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements and providing areas of improvement for products, processes, or services. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of the discipline, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams.It is your hard work and dedication that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe. How You Will Achieve It Provide guidance, lead, or co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives and plan resource requirements for projects across the division.Lead key supply planning and inventory management related projects with Operational Excellence (OPEX) approach and optimal use of DMAIC (Define, measure, analyze, improve and control) methodology.Maintain adherence to the Integrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEx) standards for continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to effectively manage site inventory and inventory reporting.Plan monthly demand rolling forecasting process, yearly Operational Processing (OP) forecasting process and Long Range Volume Forecasting process.Support the creation of Tier 1 and Tier 2 continuous improvement goals in alignment business.Develop tools, reports and analytics on statistical forecast governance.Drive monthly market Sales & Operations planning (S&OP) process with cross functional participation from Business Units, Regulatory, Finance, Sales, Marketing with the objective of improving / optimizing supply chain operations and meeting financial targets.Review forecast changes, new business opportunities evaluation and identify significant demand risks.Work with Commercial and Finance stakeholders to ensure the Demand and Financial operating plans are aligned on an ongoing basis.Monitor and drive attainment of all demand and supply planning Key Performance Indicators (KPI) against annual target.Support audits for inventory and comply with all regulatory guidelines and maintain respective documentation requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience.Local Logistics market knowledge.Strong written and oral communication skills.Strong Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and Enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications.
