Poste :

The Field Supervisor will act as the on-site representative overseeing the safe handling and transfer of wind turbine blades across various logistical stages-factories, storage yards, and ports. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all activities strictly adhere to the applicable transport manuals and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements. This includes :

  • Supervising blade handovers between transport stages.
  • Verifying proper assembly and use of transport tooling (TIP FRAME, clamps).
  • Ensuring compliance with handling checklists and visual inspections.
  • Reporting any non-conformities or damages and escalating incidents.
  • Stopping operations when safety or compliance violations are detected.
  • Location : Nador

Profil recherché :

As a quality supervisor for blade handling and transport, you ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations across all transport stages, intervening when standards or procedures are not followed.

You must have :

  • Engineering degree / Bac+5
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Knowledge of wind turbine blades and blade transport monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of quality, product, or quality control methodologies (control plan, Checklists, visual inspection) and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify mechanical or procedural deviations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for reporting and escalation.
