As a Sales Representative , you will engage with existing customers by phone to manage renewals, upgrades, and service improvementsdelivering the best possible experience while achieving performance targets.
What Youll Do
Contact existing clients to discuss renewals, product updates, and personalized offers
Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed targets
What Were Looking For
Native or fluent German speaker (C2 level)
Good communication in English (B1 / B2 minimum)
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Team-oriented, dynamic, and proactive attitude
Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
