Responsibilities & Duties :
Develop and execute data-driven brand and marketing strategies tailored to the market.Strive for a balance between short-term result-driven approaches and long-term acquisition, retention, and engagement goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in setting marketing targets, forecasting, and long-term planning.Define, track, and analyze performance KPIs to optimize marketing spend and drive growth.Plan, budget, and analyze campaigns and activities in close collaboration with cross-functional leadership.Ensure cohesive strategies and execution for brand, offline media, promotions, and online user acquisition.Lead, grow, and manage the local marketing team while coordinating with central teams.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration4+ years of experience in growth marketingProven track record in leading high-performing and efficiency-driven consumer marketing teams.Experience on building and managing marketing P&L, financial planning, and budget allocation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data to design and execute multi-channel marketing activities.In-depth understanding of Moroccan consumer behavior and market trends.Fluent in English communication, both verbal and written.
