As a Product Support Engineer , your responsibilities will be :
- Provide technical support to field service teams and customers, ensuring compliance with safety standards and best maintenance practices.
- Represent the company professionally on-site, maintaining strong relationships with clients and service teams.
- Guide and train on-site service personnel through practical, hands-on support and knowledge transfer.
- Perform and supervise mechanical and electrical maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment performance testing.
- Recommend preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and longevity.
- Share updates on technical improvements, advise on spare parts, tooling, and optimal equipment usage.
- Coordinate major operations such as machine assembly, commissioning, and major component replacements.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on activities, inspections, failures, and improvement suggestions.

Have strong technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment.Apply a structured, methodical approach to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with teams and customers.Demonstrate leadership and are capable of guiding and supporting on-site teams.Are proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).Are cost-conscious and ensure activities remain within budget.Are fluent in English, Arabic and French; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.Adapt easily to multicultural environments and perform well under pressure.What's on Offer
