Key Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound calls to potential international clients and follow up on leads

Schedule and manage appointments across different time zones

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead progress in our CRM system

Deliver exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele

Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is advantageous

Strong skills in negotiation and handling client objections

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus

Ability to understand and adapt to different cultural communications

Motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment

Experienced working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
