Poste :

We are looking for a BDD Business developpment, to join our team in Tétouan.

Activity Description :

Define the IB-R BCI monitoring scope in alignment with relevant stakeholders.

Collect, clean, and structure data to populate the compliance database.

Ensure weekly updates of the database, in accordance with the update frequency of the MASTER_IB_TABLE_REGULATION.

Design and implement the IB-R BCI compliance monitoring process, focusing on ongoing improvements.

Structure and optimize the IB-R tracking file, ensuring integration of data protection rules and continuous structural enhancements.

Identify the Global and Regional Compliance Leaders (EMEA, North America, South America, China, Asia-Pacific) to be contacted for IB-R monitoring.

Develop detailed specifications including mathematical analysis, formulas for criticality calculation, deviation from objectives, and regulation prioritization.

Assign appropriate weights to each status and date for a more accurate deviation assessment.

Restructure data using Power Query and create DAX measures to support analysis.

Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specific to regulatory tracking.

Design and continually refine Power BI dashboards for effective and visually engaging regulation monitoring.

Create presentations to communicate the established process to relevant stakeholders.

Implement regular tracking reports to monitor progress and compliance.

Establish and maintain proactive communication with Global and Regional Compliance Leaders, Segment Leaders, and other relevant stakeholders worldwide.
