Job Summary

Responsible for providing support to the CS Team on renewals and process strategies. Provides support to and reports directly to the Renewal Operations Manager.

Key Responsabilities

Provide support and training on complexrenewals for all regional CS team

Partner closely with CS leaders to support the renewals process and target initiatives

Provide support in documenting the renewals process

Provide support to CS team with closing late renewals per region

Provide feedback and improve efficiency of the renewal process

Meet expectations on time renewals and regional targets

Contribute to the organization's continuous improvement

Identifyopportunities for continuous improvement and automation of the renewal process

Cross collaboratewith CS services on client feedback and identifydeficiencies and further development on customer's need

Key Qualifications

Diploma of Collegial studiesrequired

Minimum 1year of relevant experience

Understanding of Maintenance Renewal contracts

Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written skills

Demonstrated success in evaluating customer needs and developing actions plans

Articulate and professional, enthusiastic attitude and a focus on results are required

Ability to assess tasks and prioritize high potential customers effectively

Ability to work in a multinational environment - Both team and users.

Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
