We are looking for a very experienced IWS MANAGER located in Morocco, Tetouan and reporting to the Factory Lead.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As IWS Manager you will be implementing IWS programs for the Tetuan factory, owning the direction and proposing adjustments needed to keep the program moving at the pace set by the GSC Management,

You will be incorporating IWS principles, design processes and procedures with IWS philosophy and principles in mind. You will be identifying the training needs, developing local IWS training programs in line with GSB guidelines and according to practical needs. At operational level you will be developing the structure of local IWS trainers and ensuring local and global trainers’ availability for the sessions.

The successful candidate will act as the daily coach to the Factory Lead and leadership team. You will make sure that IWS principles and tools are used to ensure delivery of business results.

You will be work closely with the central Pillar resources and Regional IWS Lead to ensure the site is receiving effective guidance and coaching that leads to the best-in-class systems and tools.

EDUCATION

Bachelor degree in engineering preferably from an accredited college or university. IWS certification is a plus.

WORK EXPERIENCE

5 or more years of relevant work experience within production environment. At least 2 years of IWS, IM or TPM specific experience.

SKILLS

• Excellent English, French, Arabic is a plus.
• Strong Change Management skills, solid understanding of Manufacturing operations and Production technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to influence the factory leadership team.
• Ability and courage to make problems visible for leadership and offer and ensure actions.
• Strong hand in time management (time management, follow-up, issue resolution).
• Ability to teach, coach and develop others.
