Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree within medical / life science field
• English, French and Arabic proficiency, both written and spoken
• 2 to 5 years of experience in quality discipline and / or in pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in multinational organisation, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, is a plus. Further sought-after skills are :
• You are a strong team player and you focus on what matters.
• You have have a strong personal leadership .
• You are proactive, solution focused, pragmatic and have worked in a multicultural environment
• You possess strong business partnering and communication skills, a genuine interest and curiosity to understand the business.

About The Department At our office based in Casablanca-Morocco, we are medium size company, all supporting our affiliate with issues related to People & Organization, Marketing, Sales, Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, IT and Legal. Our role is to support the affiliates in rolling out and executing on Marketing related activities as well as representing the area to the wider Novo Nordisk organisation.
