We're hiring a Data Scientist (H / F)

Poste :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with business users to understand the pain points and business challenges
  • Work with data engineers to source, analyse & engineer features, perform data augmentation
  • Design and build efficient data pipelines to train, test & deploy high Quality models
  • Take ownership of relevant software components, code & implement reusable Machine learning, (gen)AI solutions
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry & technology trends in AI-GenAI developments

Profil recherché :

  • Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative or engineering field like Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or Statistics.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in creating high-quality software w / Python
  • Strong hands-on experience w / typical Python ML and LLM frameworks (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, langchain, ...) as well as working with structured as well as unstructured data
  • Solid practical experience wrt. to the standard Data Science workflow as well as building GenAI applications
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team using agile methodologies to jointly and incrementally develop end-to-end AI applications
  • Experience working with MS Azure cloud infrastructure and services including Azure Document Intelligence as well as Azure OpenAI

    • Nice-to-have :

  • Experience w / RAG, LLM agents, and other more recent GenAI trends and approaches
  • Experience w / CICD frameworks (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Gitlab CI / CD)
  • Experience w / processing and understanding of contractual and other insurance
  • Fluency in English
