We are hiring for a Customer Coordinator toin our Team

Missions :

  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Track customer variations
  • Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts, and services.
  • Control and follow FG stocks
  • Organize customer pick ups
  • Manage returnable packaging availability
  • Ensure delivery performance at required level
  • Ensure internal KPIs are on target 0Premium Freight / 0obsoletes / OTIF 100%
  • Track customer backlogs to avoid any issue with customers
  • Monitoring products changes : 0 obsolete and handle customer claims

Requirement :

  • Bac+5, with at least 2 years of experience within an automotive Industry
  • Ability to work in a hig-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
  • Solid understanding on Supply Chain, Logistics
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • High level of English language, spoken and written
  • Position is based in Kenitra's plant
