We are hiring for a Customer Coordinator toin our Team
Missions :
- Receive and process customer orders
- Track customer variations
- Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts, and services.
- Control and follow FG stocks
- Organize customer pick ups
- Manage returnable packaging availability
- Ensure delivery performance at required level
- Ensure internal KPIs are on target 0Premium Freight / 0obsoletes / OTIF 100%
- Track customer backlogs to avoid any issue with customers
- Monitoring products changes : 0 obsolete and handle customer claims
Requirement :
Bac+5, with at least 2 years of experience within an automotive IndustryAbility to work in a hig-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.Solid understanding on Supply Chain, LogisticsHighly effective communication skillsProficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.High level of English language, spoken and writtenPosition is based in Kenitra's plant
