We are seeking candidates for an exciting opportunity to join a high-flying team of hospitality professionals and to continually improve the Aspire Executive Lounge offering to meet our ambition of being the Best Lounge provider globally.

Job Summary

As a Food and Beverage Agent, you will ensure the quality and delivery of food service operations in Swissport lounges or affiliated hospitality areas. Your attention to detail and customer service orientation will ensure a premium guest experience.

Your activities

Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages according to hygiene standards

Greet guests courteously and ensure their needs are met

Set up, restock, and maintain cleanliness of F&B service areas

Manage orders and collaborate with kitchen / chef staff

Follow HACCP and food safety procedures

Your profile

• Certificate or diploma in catering, hospitality, or culinary arts
• Previous experience in food service, preferably in an airport, hotel, or lounge setting
• Good communication level
• Customer-focused, dynamic, and able to work in shifts
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards in F&B service
