We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling various administrative tasks and supporting our staff members.
Accountabilities
Responsible for creating and monitoring Purchase Orders (POs) using the SAP system.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel and accommodation arrangements to ensure seamless and efficient travel experiences.
Facilitate the onboarding of new suppliers by managing the supplier creation process.
Oversee and perform a variety of office management tasks to support daily operations and promote a productive work environment.
Arrange and execute post and courier services.
