As an International HR Officer at Proclus SARL, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting HR functions across Europe and in Morocco.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR administrative tasks for our organization, maintaining personnel records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs for the team.
  • Lead initiatives to improve organizational culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR-related roles with a focus on international HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of European HR regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive international HR matters responsibly.
  • Business proficiency in French, Arabic and English (All other languages are beneficial)
