Since 2017 Teltonika has started developing business in the African continent selling different IoT products from GPS tracking systems to networking solutions to B2B clients. Today we have offices in Kenya, South Africa and Morocco ; our remote teams work with many other markets in this region.

Currently, we are inviting an ambitious IoT Solutions Engineer to join our growing Technical Support team in Casablanca, Morocco to help us grow our global presence in the electric vehicle (EV) sector.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

Liaise with clients across Africa, North America and Latin America
Solve emerging technical problems and advise customers or company employees on issues related to products (50%)
Organize and conduct trainings for employees and customers about the products and solutions developed in the company (30%)
Prepare technical products documentation (20%)

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU :

Have higher or equivalent technical / engineering education

Have good English and French languages skills ( at least B2 level )

Have 1 year technical support experience , liaising with clients

Know the basics of modern smart technologies

Have basic knowledge of functionality of Electronics

Have interest in solar solutions

Are able to work individually and within a team

Have good communication skills (both oral and written)

Have worked with international clients

Are comfortable to work 8 hours a day, starting at 2pm in the office
