ABOUT OUR GROUP SECTOR / BUSINESS AREA
The Tires Group Sector is responsible for tire sales worldwide. Within the Business Area Tires RE EMEA and with MENA locations in Morocco, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, we serve, in close cooperation with our partner network, our customers by selling multi-brand passenger light vehicle tires, truck tires and specialty tires in over 20 countries of the region.
ABOUT THE POSITION
With this Graduate Program, we want to foster and drive digitalization of our Marketing & Sales functional areas within our Business Area Replacement EMEA.
1st stay in Home Market (6 months) :
- Onboarding Phase : Introducing Continental and the Business Area Replacement EMEA
- Gaining profound business understanding of the Replacement Tires Business EMEA
- Building a strong local network with stakeholders and internal and external customers
- Working in a Sales department in your home market
2nd stay abroad in Central Functions (6 months) :
Gaining knowledge and building a network with the central functions / headquarter functionsWorking in Central IT, Digital Solutions or eCommerce (most likely in Hanover, Germany)Working on one common Graduate Pool project combining the functional areas Sales and IT / Digital Solutions3rd stay in Home Market (6 months) :
Preparation in the home market for the target positionYOUR QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
