Job Summary : The Marketing Financial Specialist will be responsible for auditing and tracking financials related to marketing budgets spent and claimed by various countries and Arrow partners, for marketing activities run on behalf of a selected set of vendors. This role involves detailed financial analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with Arrow policies. It requires interfacing with EMEA marketing strategists, field marketers located in countries across Europe and EMEA finance.

What we are looking for :

• Audit and Track Financials : Monitor and audit marketing budgets spent and claimed by countries and Arrow partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Financial Analysis : Provide timely and accurate financial analysis of marketing expenditures and performance.
• Reporting : Develop and maintain financial reports, including variance analysis and monthly results commentary.
• Budget Management : Assist in the preparation and management of marketing budgets, ensuring proper classification of expenses.
• Collaboration : Work closely with marketing teams across Europe to understand services procured and delivery timelines.
• Compliance : Ensure all financial activities comply with internal Arrow policies & procedures, as well as external audit regulations.
