Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior Bid Manager , you’ll play a key role in identifying, preparing, and managing responses to international tenders. You will support the growth of our project portfolio and strengthen our client and partner relationships.
Commercial Activities
- Monitor upcoming tenders and funding opportunities
- Research project background information and conduct market analyses
- Draft Expressions of Interest and Pre-Qualification documents
- Assist in the preparation of technical and financial proposals
- Support the production and formatting of high-quality bid documentation
- Help identify and liaise with external consultants and freelance experts
- Prepare and format CVs and administrative compliance documents
- Assist in managing and developing strategic partnerships
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain and update commercial reports and tender tracking systemsOrganize and manage internal bid documentation libraries and databasesParticipate in technical meetings and internal knowledge-sharing eventsEnsure thorough document quality checks before submission to clientsYOUR PROFILE
Language Skills
Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)Knowledge of an additional language is a strong assetEducation & Sector Knowledge
Academic background related to any of the following sectors :Water / Wastewater, Solid Waste, Roads, Railways, Energy, Environment, or Urban Development
Higher education in international development cooperation is a plusTechnical Skills
Strong analytical and writing abilitiesProficiency in IT tool, minimum at Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Behavioural & Interpersonal Skills
