Who We Are】

SANY Renewable Energy is a leading Wind Turbines Manufacturer providing world-class solutions for financing,project development, manufacturing and sales of wind turbines, Wind EPC solutions and long-term O&M contracts of Wind projects.

Role 】Business Development Manager

Job Location】 Morocco

Your Main Responsibilities】

  • Provide leadership for market development and sales in assigned region and market segment and be the voice of SANY ’company in the market / region.
  • Understand the business environment including market size, existing regulations, projects development evolvement, competitive data, market intelligence and product / price dynamics.
  • Ability to identify main market stakeholders and develop sophisticated relationships with targeted customers or decisions makers.
  • Develop and implement periodic plans for increased and new market penetration, including selecting target markets and / or customers, recommending proposed products and establishing plans for market penetration, and recommending strategic actions to grow SANY's presence in the market.
  • Taking the lead internally for identified projects / activities in the assigned region, identify and coordinate internal resources to submit technical and commercial offers / bids.
  • Track the progress of the projects, leverage on SANY’ resources during bidding phases, including top management involvement, be a strong lobbying force of proposal until meeting the assigned targets and completing the sales goals.

What We're Looking For】

  • Bachelor's degree (from an accredited university or college).
  • At least 3 years' experience in Energy or Renewable Energy business, ideally in Wind Turbine industry.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, combined with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in business development, enabling you to drive business performance effectively.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a record of delivering exceptional results.
  • A passion for driving change and innovation wherever opportunities arise.
