YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Act as the primary quality interface with the dealer network and aftersales teams.
Supervise new vehicle yard sampling and dynamic testing programs.
Analyze feedback from plant employees regarding defects and scrap rates.
Lead and validate corrective action plans from suppliers and internal production teams.
Coordinate complex supplier escalations with the SQD (Supplier Quality Development) team.
Facilitate and challenge product design teams on quality improvement plans.
Supervise assembly shop quality systems, including visual, dimensional, electrical, and mechanical controls.
Ensure robust PPAP validation at the end of product development phases.
Oversee the monitoring of serial life changes through industrial testing and milestone reviews.
Lead risk analysis and mitigation planning for critical workstations and production lines.
Drive immediate containment and protective actions in response to critical issues.
Manage cross-functional teams during crisis resolution phases.
Supervise incoming inspection and quality gate audits.
Ensure 100% vehicle checks when required and monitor implementation effectiveness.
YOUR PROFILE :
Master’s degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a plant quality, manufacturing, or automotive role.
Strong knowledge of quality tools and standards (8D, FMEA, PPAP, ISO / TS 16949, etc.).
Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and problem-solving methodologies.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
