Mission :

As a Product Engineer at Antolin, you will play a key role in the development and improvement of automotive interior products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality products to our customers. This position requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities :

• Understand how to interpret the customers functional specifications, the companies internal standards and define a Product Definition Specification to lead the project through the design phase with clear targets.
• Coordinate and follow product engineering activity from design concept, through Prototype build, series production, and life of the program.
• Be Able to create / Lead System concept strategy (Architecture) of the Cockpit, Instrument panel and Centre consoles including safety systems (PAB and kNAB) aligning the product design with the Companies manufacturing process'.
• Provide feasibility input to support Studio Design & Package Requirements.
• Champion, support and participate in Design and Engineering Reviews.
• Collaborate with advance engineering, styling and the company’s technical centre on development of the Instrument Panel / Cockpit / Centre console System, Its component parts and the vehicle level integration.
• Work with and direct the CAD team to ensure all engineering parameters and customer requirements are being fulfilled on a timely basis.
• Update the Product Definition whenever the project definition changes and vice versa.
• Develop the DFMEA, DFM and other engineering disciplines according to the project requirements.
• Direct, coordinate, assign tasks, and work with customer engineers to bring all Engineering disciplines together on the project.
• Participate in all customer meetings which impact the design and engineering of the commodity.
• Represent all Product Engineering concerns at project team meetings.
• Creates and maintain an Engineering Open Issues List.
• Define and identify SC's / CC's for the commodity according to customer specification or the company’s internal specifications.
• Prepare preliminary detail drawings, with assistance of CAD design group
• Prepare layouts / detail drawings for review and release, with assistance of CAD design group
• Utilise and apply GD&T.
