Description du poste

• Monitor the economic, geopolitical, & Hospitality Moroccan market in order to assist VP Development in defining, adapting & implementing AccorHotels development strategy in Morocco.
• create and maintain relationships with investors, developers, owners and consultants in Moroccan market.
• identify hotel opportunities, both conversions & new developments, and stakeholders in Morocco.
• Continuous prospection on the field to generate new leads.
• Lead & / or support the review of hotel opportunities.
• Produce company & brand presentations and prepare offers & proposals.
• Negotiate & / or support the negotiation of HMA, Franchise, JV agreements.
• Lead & / or support opportunities to closing, coordinating the work of internal & external stakeholders.
• Represent the Company during local and international seminars, exhibitions, or events.
• in animating the network of current owners & partners.
• in developing close and regular relations with other departments, including ops, finance, legal, sales, Revenue Management, IT & technical.
• Provide leads and on-ground support to Luxury & Lifestyle development activity in Morocco if & when needed.
• Respect all the internal process and maintain up to date all database and reporting
