MAINTENANCE MANAGER

We design and manufacture our own products , which allows the company to maintain full control over quality and innovation. With a global presence , we have subsidiaries in Italy, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, China, India, Morocco and Japan, and distributes its products to over 70 countries.

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for our production plant in Tangier to lead the department, resolve plant breakdowns, and technically develop the team to support the implementation of increasingly advanced production lines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, and Spare Parts
• Troubleshooting and resolving plant breakdowns
• Technical development of the assigned team
• Providing improvement solutions to prevent recurring breakdowns and enhance processes
• Close collaboration with the plant’s operational team
