En este puesto estratégico, serás el punto de contacto directo con nuestros estudiantes, ayudándolos a tener la mejor experiencia posible durante su formación y recopilando comentarios valiosos sobre nuestros docentes y servicios.
En goFLUENT, el Servicio al Cliente se distingue por su enfoque empático y proactivo: trabajamos para garantizar una experiencia de aprendizaje excepcional para nuestros estudiantes.
Convertirse en experto(a) de nuestros productos y servicios, introduciendo a los nuevos estudiantes en la formación lingüística goFLUENT.
Asegurar que los estudiantes tengan el mejor recorrido posible, brindando soporte eficiente ante dudas y ofreciendo soluciones que cumplan con sus expectativas.
Comunicarse con los estudiantes a través de diferentes canales (teléfono, correo electrónico, chat…).
Mantener una comunicación fluida y efectiva con los equipos internos.
Ser proactivo(a), mejorar la calidad de nuestras respuestas y recopilar comentarios de los estudiantes para optimizar el servicio.
Tienes dominio del español tanto oral como escrito y un buen nivel de inglés.
Cuentas con experiencia previa en atención al cliente.
Eres empático(a) y capaz de resolver situaciones complejas, generando satisfacción en los estudiantes.
Eres una persona organizada, responsable, eficiente y autónoma.
Entorno de trabajo joven, dinámico e internacional dentro de una empresa suiza con más de 26 años de experiencia.
