I - IDENTIFICATION :

Job title : Finish-Good Warehousing & Material Recovery Area Responsible

II - JOB PURPOSE :

To manage the Finished goods warehousing area so as to meet our internal and external customers’ expectations in term of warehouse operation, quality, integrity, cost and service.

To efficiently manage disposal process of recovery materials generated by production lines, regarding collecting, traceability, destruction and selling

To manage with central function the Infrastructures Equipment & Systems tools for FG Warehousing

FG Warehousing Operations :

To efficiently manage the core finished goods warehousing and recovery material processes, people resources, quality & inventories integrity to meet our internal & external customer expectations.
To efficiently align, manage and deploy the systems relevant to warehousing
To deploy and promote GLWO & lean culture within the warehouse

Performance Goals :

To achieve the Finished Goods Warehousing Goals for customers, Quality, Productivity, & Cost Efficiency, through the management of the Policy Deployment process and adherence to the committed plans .

To collect and destroy scraps and make them ready for sale by ensuring all the needed traceability. and ensure coordination with internal and external services providers for finale sale and reporting.

Compliance & Adherence :

To sustain a work disciplines to adhere to all Company‘s Standard Operating Procedures and to ensure full compliance to Sarbanes & Oxley requirement SOX.

Health and Safety : Ensures compliance of external infrastructure with ST standards in terms of personnel (incl. external people) safety and health. Participate in the certification program versus the ST policies. Support and drives safety and health initiatives towards zero accident.

Quality : Ensures the LOPs are compliant with the SOPs. Ensures compliance in area with the logistics qualicies.

To minimize Business continuity risks, impacts in our operational processes and supply chains through the application of the standard methodology, Action plan fully aligned with ST Policy P1.12, SOP P17.1.4 and ISO22301 to ensure Resilience and BCM certification.

PROFILE REQUIRED :

1. Graduated Eng or equivalent, SC diplomat is preferable

2. Experience in SC (WH / Logistics)

3. Skilled in computing SAP or equivalent

4. Open minded, good communication French & English

5. Inspire confidence and responsiveness

6. Methodology, risk thinking, focus on the objective, problem solving

7. Sens of urgency, commitment, & flexibility

8. People management abilities (prior experience)
