Are you a dynamic and customer-focused professional, fluent in both German and English ? This is your opportunity to join a thriving call center in Casablanca as our next Bilingual Advisor .

As the voice of our company, you'll deliver exceptional service and support to a diverse clientele, helping resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally. Your role will be key in enhancing customer satisfaction, strengthening brand loyalty, and contributing to the smooth operation of the center.

As a German-English speaking Advisor , your daily tasks will be varied and engaging.

  • Handle inbound calls  from customers, providing comprehensive information and support regarding products and services.
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints , ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve customer service standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve recurring issues , contributing to process improvements.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude , creating a positive customer experience.

In addition to handling calls, you will also be involved in various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the call center.

Profil recherché :

To be successful in this role, a minimum education level of Bac +1 is required. While a specialization in sales administration, customer service, or related call center fields is a plus, what truly matters is your ability to connect with customers and your commitment to providing excellent service. A strong command of both German and English is mandatory for this position.

While prior experience is appreciated, we are particularly interested in candidates with between one and two years of experience in a customer service or call center environment . However, your enthusiasm, communication skills and quick learning abilities are more important than the number of years of experience. A strong work ethic, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a proactive approach are essential.

This position requires a unique blend of hard and soft skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken) are absolutely essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are crucial for handling various customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or similar systems is desired.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and a positive attitude are paramount.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is necessary for success.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are crucial for handling multiple tasks effectively.
