The main responsibilities are :
1.1. Coordinate the logistics part of all change projects : product change, process change, production line transfer, production re-localization, and delivery plant re-localization.
Change project evaluation considering all logistics constraintsParticipate in the kick-off meeting for each project to agree with the team on the SOP date of the implementation.Create the customer overview list for the impacted materials after the kick-off meeting.Coordinate the demand, production, and supply planning until the SOP implementation date with the target of maintaining all logistics KPIs on target (stock level, Delivery Performance, flow….)Maintain the supply chain and the master data in case of new introduced articles (raw materials, semi-finished goods or finished goods) before the implementation.Participate in implementing the change in the production to achieve smooth implementation without any impact on the logistics KPIs.1.1. Coordinate the logistics part of all replacement projects – phase in / out :
Define with the project team & sales operations a clear SOP date for a phase in / out considering all the logistics constraints.Coordinate the demand, production, and supply planning until the SOP date of the replacement with the target of maintaining all logistics KPIs on target (stock level, Delivery performance, logistics flow, MCM…).Perform the pre-serial logistic checklist in case of phase in the article due to PPCM or VMP project.Ensure the master-data creation for the new article introduced.Ensure the phase-out with a target of zero leftovers for finished goods concerned and their specific raw materials or semi-finished goods.Ensure the phase in articles with a target of producing and delivering according to the customer demands.
