Currently, we are seeking for an  Airfreight Pricing  Specialist, In  this role, the successful candidate must Support to develop and administer plans and processes as part of the Air Freight (AFR pricing) & RFQ / tender management strategy to support the commercial strategy in line with business objectives, corporate guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• You will have to plan and execute import / export shipments and to ensure that its operations run efficiently through application of ocean.
• You will have to efficiently manage operational exchange with Sales team for achievement of desired customer satisfaction.
• You will have to manage team initiatives.
• You will have to efficiently manage operational.
• You will have to exchange with Sales team for achievement of desired customer satisfaction.
• You will have to support the execution of plans and processes to implement the AFR pricing strategy.
• You will have to assist in responding to pricing enquiries in an efficient and competitive manner.
• You will have to execute tasks and activities while ensuring effective resource management and optimizing productivity for the day-to-day operations.
• You will have to support the timely monitoring and accurate updating of local tariffs.
• You will have to prepare and submit relevant documents for tenders.
• You will have to develop and maintain databases with specific information to enable quick responses to specific network queries.
• You will have to build and secure business relationships with customers and airlines.
• You will have to prepare carrier performance reports and reviews.
• You will have to identify opportunities to enhance services and processes to secure cost-effective and competitive prices and negotiate competitive rates with airline suppliers while meeting desired service specifications and transit time targets
• You will have to understand recent developments of new solutions, services, lane and traffic development.
• You will have to may provide functional guidance, advice or training to less experienced positions.
• You will have to identify and resolve recurring issues and suggest modifications to AFR pricing methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
• You will act as an Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others.
• You will have to may influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
• You will have to support and interact primarily with colleagues of own function.
• You will build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders’ interests and concerns.
• You will have to address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships.
