We are looking for a Payins Specialist to join our Operations team. The main objective is to ensure our operations run smoothly and all the processes are optimised- internally and externally.

Candidate preferable based in Egypt, Morocco or Middle East

What you will do

  • Managing data and reporting
  • Give the needed support to different departments within the company
  • Identify problems : identifying operational issues and potential concerns
  • Implement efficient processes and look for new opportunities
  • Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
  • Manage relations and negotiations with partners and local acquirersImprove the overall efficiency of the company
  • Recommend solutions : based on the research and analysis, make presentations and reports that support the recommended solutions to the identified problems and concerns
  • Analyzing performance results and promote optimizations in order to get the best conversion rates as possible
  • Work closely with the rest of the company to make their life easier, by providing the information they may need, such as : transactions information, feedback from our local providers and analysis on the current issues that may be affecting our clients and our local processes (audit, backoffice, etc)

What we are looking for

  • 3-4 years of experience working on the acquiring side of TIer 1 Financial Institutions
  • Experienced working with Payments gateway
  • Someone open to constant change in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, a self-starter, open to working across time zones with teams all over the world
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
  • Observant profile to determine where the flaws lie (attention to detail)
  • Curious profile and positive attitude
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and projects at the same time
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Fluent written and verbal English
  • Team spirit
  • Good Problem solving skills
  • SQL experience
