Customer Care
Representing the interests of SAGE
The realization of the objectives set by SAGE
Identification and solving quality problems
Product quality control / selection
Negotiations with the customer
Supervision of closing complaints
Reporting objectives
Requirements :
Experience in a similar position (automotive or textiles)
Knowledge of the local market, customs, culture Morocco
Interpersonal skills
negotiating skills
Self-reliance
The ability to focus on the designated purpose
Ability to organize own work
Loyalty and honesty
Good knowledge of English
