Description Tempus Unlimited is looking for an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Device Management Assistant in either our Stoughton, Springfield or Salem Massachusetts offices. Fulltime, Monday – Friday, 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm, 35 hours a week, hybrid 2 days in office 3 days home We Are Looking For Someone That Can This role will perform activities associated with the distribution of mobile devices to support the Massachusetts Electronic Visit Verification Program.

  • Select and test mobile devices
  • Process device request forms
  • Procure devices from external vendors
  • Report device utilization
  • Approve and process attestation / voucher forms to maintain accurate data in (EVVMS) as source of record.
  • Responding to outbound calls and or emails to device distribution and improperly submitted forms, missing shipments etc.
  • Track procurement information and support reporting for billing purposes.

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Experience supporting mobile devices and procurement processes preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Must be fluent in English)
  • Strong organizational skills
