This HSSE Manager position located in El Jadida, Morocco within the Other Services sector offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a company's commitment to excellence in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE).

As our HSSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HSSE strategies, fostering a culture of safety, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. The primary objective of this role is to proactively manage and mitigate HSSE risks across all company operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations. You will foster a strong safety culture by engaging with all employees and promoting best practices. A key objective is to reduce workplace incidents and ensure the well-being of all personnel while upholding the company's commitment to environmental sustainability. Success will be measured through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as incident rates, compliance audits, and employee safety engagement levels. The ultimate goal is to create a workplace where safety is paramount and integrated into every aspect of our daily operations.

In this multifaceted role, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Developing and implementing HSSE policies, procedures, and programs aligned with industry best practices and legal requirements.
• Conducting regular HSSE inspections and audits to identify and assess risks.
• Investigating incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Providing HSSE training and awareness programs to all employees.
• Monitoring HSSE performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Maintaining accurate HSSE records and documentation.
• Collaborating with management and employees to promote a strong HSSE culture.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable environmental regulations.

You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest HSSE regulations and technologies to ensure the company remains compliant and utilizes the most effective safety measures.

Profil recherché :

The ideal candidate should hold a minimum of a Bac +3 degree with a specialization in Works / Construction / Construction Industry . A strong academic background demonstrating a commitment to safety and a detailed understanding of HSSE principles is highly valued. Further qualifications in safety management or related fields would be considered a strong advantage. This position requires someone with a solid educational foundation in relevant fields, providing a comprehensive understanding of HSSE management.

We are seeking an individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar HSSE role within a construction or related industry. Experience in developing and implementing HSSE programs, conducting safety audits, and investigating incidents is essential. Proven experience in fostering a positive safety culture within a team environment is highly desirable. Prior experience in working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment will be highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in managing HSSE risks and ensuring compliance.

The successful candidate must possess strong communication , interpersonal , and problem-solving skills. You must be a highly motivated self-starter capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to influence others are essential, as is a commitment to promoting a positive safety culture. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are vital.
