Your Profile – Education & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of successful outbound sales prospecting or telesales experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
  • Fluent in both English and French is essential

1. Proven track record of consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual prospecting and lead generation targets in a high-growth environment.

2. Strong communication skills, both internal and external. Skilled negotiator with the ability to use analytical thinking to resolve client business challenges. Able to learn and apply sales methodologies such as the Value Connection Mindset or equivalent.

3. Excellent time management, precision, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

4. Strong motivation and ability to master a new industry and a technical product suite. Naturally curious about clients' business activities, goals, and performance.

5. Collaborative mindset and able to work effectively at all levels of the organization.

6. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and continuously evolving environment.
