This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The Role of Assistant Room Service Manager :

We currently have an opportunity for Assistant Room Service Manager to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!

Reporting into our Room Service Manager we are looking for an Assistant Room Service Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The Room Service Manager must supervise the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel’s guest rooms & suites. Coordinate and deliver of orders according to Four Seasons Standards. Respond and answer guests requests and inquiries. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

Our Ideal Assistant Room Service Manager candidate will have :

2 - 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within 5

• luxury Hotel, Technical education in Hospitality management or service methods is preferred

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
