Job Description

We are looking for a team member for;

• Being responsible of vessels operation at port.
• Following-up of the ship's berthing and departure permits.
• Entering the ship's entries and permits into Port System.
• Coordinating vessel arrival and ETA with mooring men, pilots, tugs and Port Authority
• Booking the vsl at port before arrival and ask for a gang.
• Following-up procedures of Morocco navy and health reports.
• Coordinating with MOT for loading Imco container.
• Coordinating with line and clients for discharging Imco container as direct delivery.
• Coordinating the operation with tally company and lashing company for each vs.
• Building strong communication and coordination with port.
• Ensuring communication with central planner for actual schedule and berthing.
• Receiving from the line the discharge / loading reports.
• Communicating with local authorities and vessel's' planner (stowage plan)
• Coordinating with last minute stowage changes (Container position / twist lock Problems / all correction to be done before sailing)
• Issuing the vsl SOF documents.
• Arranging vsl clearance for departure.
• IMO cargo declarations and permissions
• Contacting the terminal to sign if any damage report or interchange.
• Ensuring strap seals stock is monitored as per the Line’ needs.
