Key responsibilities :
- Serve as an expert and role model for standardization.
- Work with AM Job experts to build the factory and all process around.
- Work together with Terminal AM to drive the onsite Standardization phase.
- Proactively identify GAPS and find alternatives to close them.
- Assess Local Asset Management standardization GAPS and adjust the plan accordingly.
- Support Flow local rollout and integration making sure all processes (existing, new ones) are standardized and documented, and people are trained.
- Ensure all activities related to Standardization (Work and Work area) with local AM team are implemented.
- Ensure all activities for rollout are implemented following the standardization (PDM) methodology and TWI principles with the right quality and as per the deadline.
- Work with terminal AM leaders & terminal lean leads to build a strong Lean Culture and standard working area.
- Work with terminal AM leaders & terminal lean leads build a strong plan to ensure sustainability after flow implementation.
- Manage transformation and change management related to PDM and P&S.
- Coach & develop local capabilities to enable & speed up the local rollout.
- Coach & develop local capabilities to enhance the Lean & WOW maturity on site.
- Ensure adherence to methodology and follow up on implementation effectiveness.
- Support all standard tasks are update in IFS maintenance activities.
- Support terminal JEs to build factory dashboard & improvement trend follow up.
- Ensure alignment between the project and local team.
- Ensure integration of standardization PDM and P&S in the WoW of local Terminal.
- Provide 1st line support to terminal resources related to daily PDM and P&S activities.
- Ensure the alignment with Global AM process owner and update the processes and Wis platform.
- Driving Deviation management process and improvement (SQDC implementation, RCA and cross RCA (between OPS and AM), Problem solving)
We are looking for :
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Min 3 years working in AM, familiar with the operating system, experience in standardization, policy deployment, working with the Lean methodology and using Lean tools, delivering lean training, facilitating kaizens.Good Maintenance Skills.Good Knowledge on workorder management.Thorough understanding of container terminal operations.Lean skills (level 4 to 3).Ability to drive implementation of new processes and support the organizational changes.Good workshop facilitation skills.Excellent Knowledge on AM processes.Effective communication skills.Collaboration & teamwork.Work Instruction, Job Instructions & Job Relations trained.JI or / and JR train the trainer is a plus.Lean-minded : We are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement – Someone who is naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every day.LI-POST
