about the role
The Digital department is part of the Digital Experience entity of Orange Business (OB). We are committed to driving a breakthrough transformation process to establish and develop a full user-centric culture. Our digital platforms aim to deliver a full end to end customer experience, from onboarding to selfcare, offering a best-in-class product and service discovery, ordering and handling (service management, invoicing, incident management, etc).
The Product Designer will hence contribute to improve the customer journeys and their key moments in the development of business offers and projects. You will deploy collaborative design and ensure a data driven approach. You daily work will be on dedicated agile frameworks - SAFE, features teams – and you will interlock with Business and Product Owners as well as Developers and Architects.
The main tasks of the Product Designer :
- To deploy the strategy and produce digital journeys for major clients on B2B sector
- To be responsible for the discovery, definition, prototyping and implementation phases of the Design approach
- To play an evangelist role within the team and the company
- To support the upskilling of junior profiles on user research, experience and interface
- To ensure the consistency of the various OB digital spaces and the customer journeys entrusted to you
about you
You have 3 to 4 years of experience in product design in an agency orservice company with a strong digital culture and multidisciplinary teams
You are autonomous and know how to work in a collaborative environment with different professions and in complex / transforming organizationsYou have solid skills in interaction design, knowledge of user-centered design methodologiesYou master animation techniques (creative workshops, card sorting, collaborative design.You have experience in running customer testsYou are used to sharing your work at all levels : operational and decision-makersYou are used to leading a team within a projectYou are fluent in Englishadditional information
