Cnexia Team is looking for a Scrum Master tosupport the work of the team and monitor their performance .

The role of the PM / SM is to plan, implement and finalize projects according to scope, timeline and budget. This includes advising resources in a matrixed organization and coordinating the efforts of team members to ensure the timely delivery of projects to plan.

You will have an opportunity to…

Lead Scrum Teams, ensuring timely delivery of features within budget and quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
Participate in Scrum of Scrum meetings to ensure cross-team collaboration and coordination of release plans and integration of testing activities.
Protect scrum team from outside distractions, impediments or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product backlog and project timeline.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external collaborators
Regularly supervise and control the metrics to meet project / product goals
Coaching, mentoring, and encouraging the culture of visibility, continuous improvement, and self-organizing within the team.
Identify and control project risks by means of prevention, mitigation and contingencies.
Coach a continuous improvement mindset and recommend adjustments to established delivery practices.

You will be a great fit on our team if :

Master Degree in Software / Computer Engineering (Bac+5)

You have 3-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Responsibilities and Required Knowledge as presented above.

Experience with hardware development projects.

Must have a technical Project Management backgroud.

Experience working with or in Agile teams and understanding of Agile practices.

Serving as scrum master for agile development teams.

Consistent track record of completing projects on time, on budget, and satisfying all performance / quality requirements.

Excellent analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent presentation skills.

Understanding of the Product Lifecycle including Agile development with hardware and software integration.
